Stretching
Stretching is essential inorder to be able to ski.We must be flexible in syntony with our muscles as if we were playing a musical instrument.Stretching is fundamental both at the beginning and the end of the skiing day.
Warming up: To reach the maximum extension of all the muscles to gain concentration and to waken oneself up, to increase the body temperature, the heart-beat and the metabolical process.
Relaxing:To bring the muscles back to their original condition, to avoid muscles aching on the following days, a similar feeling to a massage.
