PHYSICAL PREPARATION

Pre-physical preparation is essential in order to get the best out of your skiing holiday.We must focus on our stamina because we have to be able to enjoy the week doing as many kilometres as possibile.

We have to pre-train doing aerobic style exercises such as “step”, “spinning” “power- walking”.Another element which is fundamental is the development of the balance, it seems strange but the concept of balance on your feet is under-estimated and this is the most important thing.

Experience has taught me that we don’t know the importance of using our feet properly, we think we can manage them but we can’t.Everybody has a different way of balancing that can be improved using the foot-board.This instrument can give us wonderful results toning up our leg muscles, making us more confident and developing the right perception of every single movement of our feet.The pupils can really re-produce the skiing situation using the foot-board.
