I attended courses organised by the Aosta Valley ski instructor association for teaching to dis abled people. I gained from this further insight into technical research in human resources. Working with the non-sighted,I’ve discovered a world that I had thought Iwould never know. Apart from the strong motivations of these pupils, I found how much more other senses are developed, this happens each time one of the senses is missing or even when a limb is missing due to an accident. I learnt the importance of an empathetic and strong relationship, persuasive and penetrating because our friends in those moments trust us implicitly and something highly emotional is developed.
